Tasting Notes

Nose: Vanilla aromas led to zesty tangerine, milk chocolate and cinnamon. hints of roasted coffee bean, nutmeg and oak develop.

Taste: Spicy with liquorice, charred oak and dark fruit flavours: morello cherry and plum skin followed by dark chocolate.

Finish: Aniseed and oak flavours persevere on the finish.
