Sprung from the minds of masters and apprentices, Method and Madness is whiskey that pays heed to tradition while searching for unordinary.

This release asked the question: how will virgin Spanish oak affect a light single grain whiskey?

Without giving too much away, the two made very good partners, offering a perfect mix of wood spice playing off the natural sweetness of the grain.

Nose: New pencil shavings, light rose petal and fresh rain on pine.

Palate: Warm toasted oak, fresh peeled grapefruit and zesty wood spices.

Finish: Sweet cereal, clove spiciness and fresh mint.
